About the service

With the help of high-spec 4K drones, we can asses the parts of buildings that are hard to access and usually not visible from the ground. That helps to estimate the potential work that can be done to the property in order to extend the lifespan of it; as well as the scale of damage. Having a drone inspection and knowing what exactly needs to be maintained can really help to avoid costly repairs in the future.

How does it work?

Before our visit

  • We will talk to you about the specific process, as every job is very different and requires a different approach

  • If you’re happy to go through with it, we’ll arrange a potential date and time of the project

  • Please note the service is 100% weather permitting, and for the best results we prefer taking footage on a clear day

On the day

  • On the arranged day, our fully trained operators will arrive in sign written vans and uniforms with SCS Logo

  • Equipped in our 4K drones, we might be there for a while taking the footage

  • You won’t have to be in as long as we have a written permission from you before hand

  • We will let you know when we’re done with the footage

After our visit

  • You will receive a detailed diagnostics list of our findings via email

  • The diagnostic will include photos and may contain videos for clarity

  • You will be given a detailed quote of recommended jobs

  • It’s up to you what jobs you decide to go for and if you’d like to ‘bundle’ this service with any other services that we offer
