The water we use, is free of any minerals and chemicals. Therefore even if it stays on your windows after a clean - it will not leave any marks.

We usually work on 4 and 8 weekly rota. We send you a confirmation text before we come so you can always let us know if that date doesn’t suit you and then we can move the clean to your preferred date.
We are a cashless business, therefore we can only accept bank transfers, cheques or direct debit. We don’t take contactless just yet but we are working on it. We are also more than happy to provide you a receipt or an invoice if required!
We absolutely understand if you have to miss a clean. But due to high demands to our services and limited schedule, we can only keep consistent clients on. If you miss cleans, the dirt builds up and it becomes harder and harder to remove it. If you miss two or more cleans, we will remove you from the rota and mark you as an inactive client, which is absolutely fine. And if you ever want to come back to us, just let us know and we’ll happily put you on the rota again.
